Welcome to LinkTrail Sexual Health Institute (“LinkTrail,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our services at linktrail.top, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the services.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Educational content only
Information provided is for general educational purposes and not medical, legal, or psychological advice. We make no guarantees of outcomes or performance improvements.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or impair the service.
- Respect others’ privacy; do not share personal data without consent.
5. Intellectual property
All course materials are owned by LinkTrail or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
6. Payments and refunds
Fees are displayed at checkout. Refunds: self-paced courses refundable within 7 days if under 15% completed; live cohorts refundable up to 72 hours before start. Some jurisdictions provide additional rights.
7. Certificates
Certificates acknowledge completion but do not guarantee CE credit acceptance. Verify with your governing board.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkTrail disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
10. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
